The fakes sold first: 3.37 million ORBIO before the real tokens
Nine Orbio projects, each with a token its own channels now name, were copied before they launched. Between 28 Sep and 2 Oct, 70 confirmed Orbio copies of them launched from 58 minutes to 72.6 hours ahead of the real token, and 48 of them traded: 2,674 buys put in 3,373,401 ORBIO before each real launch, 88.9% of it in a copy's first 15 minutes. 81.6% of it was sold back out of the same curves before the real token existed.

Before each of them existed, Orbio agents using the project's name, ticker or links were already trading: 70 in all, launched from 58 minutes to 72.6 hours ahead of the real token, between 16:59 UTC on 28 Sep and 19:30 on 2 Oct. Each is a confirmed copy: the project's own channel lists a different contract or disowns it. 48 of them traded. Buys and sells on the copies' bonding curves, each up to the moment its project's real token launched. Copies trade fast. Of the 3,373,401 ORBIO, 1,557,519 (46.2%) went in during a copy's first minute and 2,998,699 (88.9%) in its first 15 minutes; 38 of the 48 copies that traded took every buy in their first 15 minutes. So a warning that comes 15 minutes after a copy's launch comes after most of its buying. Before the real launches, 2,194 sells took 2,752,778 ORBIO back out of the same curves, 81.6% of what went in; the other 620,622 ORBIO stayed in the curves, went to their fees or, for #178, into its pool. Leaving out #178, whose trading moved to a pool after two minutes, 1,119 wallets traded the copies before the real launches. 831 of them took out less ORBIO than they put in, 581,259 ORBIO between them (median 201 ORBIO); 288 came out ahead, by 265,267 ORBIO. 143 wallets bought copies of more than one of the nine projects.

Orbio agents launched by 07:10 UTC on 3 Oct. Graduation is read from the Pons factory on Robinhood Chain. A Pons token graduates when the ORBIO in its curve reaches 264,113, which then seeds a trading pool. Of the 851 Orbio agents launched by 07:10 UTC on 3 Oct, 14 have graduated: 11 of the 39 that Dossier verifies, 3 of the 298 confirmed copies ($YASHMODE #1, $TANK #178 and $FOUNDRY #406), and none of the other 514. Five of the nine real tokens here graduated, in 58 seconds ($TANK), 127 ($ORBIOBOOK), 286 ($CASINO), 582 ($TRENCHES) and 1,648 ($MOONLET); of their 70 copies, only #178 did. A copy that doesn't graduate keeps its buyers' ORBIO in its curve, and sellers take it back out from there.

What this shows, and what it doesn't
It shows
- Copying starts before the real token exists, and the buying stops when it arrives. After each project's real token launched, Dossier's index records just 5 buys on the 69 copies still on their curves, 5,390 ORBIO in all, to 3 Oct.
- A project's warning, or Dossier's red flag, doesn't stop the buying: 295,653 ORBIO of #381's buys came after @orbioworld's warning, and 92,623 ORBIO of #725's after Dossier's post.
- 12 of the 70 copies came from the wallet chains in earlier case files: six from case 001's chain, including #381 and $IC #288, and six from case 003's chains, including #179 and #383. Together they took 1,490,139 ORBIO, 44.2% of the buys.
- The copies paid their makers. By 07:19 UTC on 3 Oct, trading in the 70 copies had earned their creators 258,243 ORBIO of fees; half of it is staked for the agents, and 123,780 ORBIO of that has been withdrawn, from 31 of them.
- Projects that launched straight on Pons, outside Orbio's vault, were copied the same way: Orbio copies of nine of them took about 136,000 ORBIO of buys before the real token. They are not in the totals above.
It doesn't show
- Who launched the copies. 12 came from the chains in case files 001 and 003; the other 58 came from 52 wallets.
- What the buyers believed. Some are bots and some trade every launch; the chain shows what wallets did, not whether they thought they were buying the real token.
- What #178's buyers lost after graduation. Its trading moved to a pool, which this case doesn't count, so #178 is left out of the wallet tally.
- Whether these wallets went on to buy the real tokens. Five of the real curves filled in 58 seconds to 27 minutes, and later buying happened on pools we didn't follow.
- Gains or losses on tokens still held. The wallet tally counts only ORBIO in and out of the copies' curves before each real launch, and tokens left over count as nothing.
- $OMKT. Dossier marks its two earlier Orbio agents, #411 and #420, as copies, but they came from 0xcceb…85c3, the wallet that launched the verified $OMKT #525 and, as case 002 shows, copies of five Build Week winners. They are left out: with them, the totals would be ten projects, 72 copies and 3,405,788 ORBIO.

How we checked
Scope: the Orbio agents Dossier verifies whose X account or website was copied by Orbio agents launched before them. Each copy is confirmed by that project's own channel, which lists a different contract or disowns it. For all 79 agents, the Orbio vault's record matched the index's token and launch time, each owner was the wallet that sent the launch transaction, and every launch transaction was re-read from a public Robinhood Chain node.
A buy is ORBIO sent into a copy's bonding curve and a sell is ORBIO paid out of it, from the copy's launch to the block in which its project's real token launched. Transfers between a curve and Orbio's launch system (fees, graduation) are not trades.
Trades come from Dossier's index, checked against the chain. For the 21 copies trading on 1 Oct, all 2,629 indexed trades matched a raw read of every ORBIO transfer in those hours; six other copies matched trade for trade over their first 20 minutes (1,378 trades); and each copy's curve held no ORBIO before its first indexed trade, except three whose first minutes the index missed (#225, #279 and #255: 13 trades, read from the chain). #383, which the index never read, and #178, which graduated before it could, were read from the chain in full.
The wallet behind each trade is the one that received the copy's tokens (a buy) or sent them (a sell) in that transaction, read from its receipt; 7 of 4,507 trades couldn't be attributed. What #178's buyers held is read from an archive node at each moment.
Graduation is the Pons factory's PoolGraduated event. Fees and withdrawals are from Orbio's public agents API at 07:19 UTC on 3 Oct. X posts were read from X's public embed, the @orbioworld account's creation time from X's profile data, and the channel posts' times from Telegram.
Verdicts are as of 07:10 UTC on 3 Oct, under the same rule as every verdict on this site: a token is a confirmed copy only when the real project's own X account or website lists a different contract or disowns it.
